These sculpture works are about the density of living in the city, our city, Melbourne - bluestone being such a large component of our built environment.

As we gather for our living convenience in cities, the sounds are so different from the bush of our ancestors’ environs. So pervasive are the sounds that echo around us now of vehicles, transport management, human hum below, above and beside us, plus media, they have almost become normalised as ‘life’.
